You can donate funds specifically earmarked for certain purposes. Often members of a particular Group (see the results page) will donate funds that are intended for the testing of lines thought to be related to that group. Other donations are more general and the administrator is left to decide where the test funds are spent. Anything can be done to make sure your donation is spent the way you want it to be spent. Just make sure you communicate with me on this. Test fund donations can easily be made by going to the following link (below). Just follow the instructions and make sure you designate the HILL DNA PROJECT as the recipient. http://www.familytreedna.com/contribution.html The maintenance of the HILL Surname DNA Project website is funded by the coordinator and the help of donors. If you would like to donate to this effort, your donation will be greatly appreciated and will go to offset the cost of the ISP and related costs. You can also specify that your donation go toward the sponsorship of a HILL DNA participant. Any size donation is helpful, but small donations are all that we need. Larger donations are probably best applied to the test fund (above).
